Shipping & Returns

We ship via FedEx Ground, we can deliver to either business or home addresses.

We provide a 30 day right of return, which applies to all products that fail to meet the product specifications or differ significantly from the product description. Please email us to obtain an RMA (return materials authorisation) letter or email from us.

Undelivered or unclaimed items will be returned to us automatically by the courier company. We strongly advise providing us with a daytime phone number to maximise the chances of a sucessful first delivery attempt. If the address is unattended during the day please advise us of a safe place to leave the items if a suitable location is available.

Shipping and returns are handled at our 3PL warehouse located at 5502 Island River Dr, Knoxville, TN 37914.
